Ingredients: Potato, Cauliflower Florets, Deshelled Green Peas & Onion
Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes. Blanche the florets in boiling water (you can also add a pinch of turmeric to get a nice bright yellow colour if you'd like). Chop the onions. Heat some oil, sauté the onions till they are translucent. Add the Indian spices (salt, turmeric, chili, coriander, cumin, garam masala) and cook them. Add the vegetables and some water. Simmer till the potatoes are cooked and you get the required consistency of the gravy.
