Ingredients: Potato, Onion, Green Capsicum, Coriander & High Fibre whole wheat bread - half loaf
Boil and mash the potatoes. Deseed and chop the capsicum finely and add it to the potato mixture along with the chopped onions. Rinse, dry and add the coriander as per your preference. Add salt, pepper, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder and aamchur powder (Jeera and aamchur powder is optional) and mix well. Spoon onto a buttered slice of bread generously. Place the sandwich into a sandwich toaster and grill till golden brown.
To enhance the sandwich, add a slice of cheese to the mix before grilling.
