DIY Breakfast Smoothie - Serves 2-3

This tasty green smoothie pack has a little bit of nutrient-rich lettuce, two potassium loaded bananas/chikoos and some Vitamin C-rich strawberries or Jamun. It serves 2 people comfortably. There is a dash of mint/watercress to spice up the drink.
Blend the lettuce for a longer time to avoid chunks later on, and then add the bananas and berries later. Serve it as a drink or a smoothie bowl with the mint/watercress.
