The capsicum comes in several colours , more popularly in green, red and yellow. They have a smooth glossy skin and a sharp crispy juicy flesh which has a slightly pungent taste. Chop and stir fry with onions and cottage cheese or chicken with a drizzle of soy sauce and red chilli sauce for a taste preparation. Store in refrigerator.
