The goodness and the coolness of Cucumber, Lemon and Mint, all together! Combined as a drink, this is drink designed to provide you with great cooling effect.
How to Use:
1. Scrub cucumbers well and cut into pieces that will fit into your juicer.
2. Run cucumbers, mint and lemon through the juicer.
3. Garnish with fresh mint.
Cucumbers provide an array of health promoting phytonutrients, flavonoids, and lignin’s. They’re an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin C, magnesium, biotin, silica (great for your nails!) and vitamin B1. Combine this with the antioxidants from Mint and Vitamin C from Lime and you have a great drink at your disposal.
