It is one of the most popular mustard variety. Nice and spicy as a sprout, the flavour gets deeper, and hotter as it grows. As a microgreen it is nice and spicy adding a touch of heat to your dishes. Refrigerate until use - store in GG packaging as received, or transfer into a dry box lined with cloth or tissue.
