These ever-popular members of the ‘mustard’ family are nutritionally more concentrated than mature radish bulbs. They have a mild peppery aftertaste resembling a more subtle version of mature radish plants. With their beautiful purple haze, they can be used to add wonderful colour to a wide variety of dishes and salads. Refrigerate until use - store in GG packaging as received, or transfer into a dry box lined with cloth or tissue.
