The Badami is one of the most delicious mangoes grown in India. The pale yellow skin encloses a juicy, sweet, bright yellow flesh that can be eaten raw, blended into a smoothie, or used in desserts such as cheesecakes, fruit custards, fruit tarts etc. All mangoes are best stored in their packaging until ripe. Once ripe, remove them from the packaging and store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate if required before consuming.
