Langda is a famous mango variety from Uttar Pradesh. The name comes from a folklore which says that the Langda was first cultivated by a man without legs. The green coloured mango has a bright yellow flesh, and is super juicy and sweet. Naturally very sugary and soft, this mango is eaten raw or great in smoothes, juices and desserts. All mangoes are best stored in their packaging until ripe. Once ripe, remove them from the packaging and store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate if required before consuming.
