The Mallika is the result of hybridization of the Neelam and Dasheri mangoes. It encloses a high quality, fibreless orange pulp. The juicy ripe mango has a rich tropical aroma and flavour, and is great to eat as is, in juices, smoothies and desserts. All mangoes are best stored in their packaging until ripe. Once ripe, remove them from the packaging and store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate if required before consuming.
