Mountain garlic grows on the Himalayan mountain ranges and comes in hard shelled bulbs. It has a strong pungent flavour. Break the shell and use the bulbs to sautee in dishes. Use to make Indian curries, pastas, pizzas or sprinkle with butter on a toast with chopped tomatoes to make an evening snack. Store in a cool dry place.
