Strengthen your body with nutrient enriched spinach (75 gms), an apple/pear and an orange with basil leaves for that extra flavour in your drink. It's a Vitamin C rich healthy alternative when you miss your lunch. It serves 2 people comfortably.
Mix the spinach in a blender with water for a slightly longer time before adding the fruits. Serve with basil.
